Hello all,

“elevated a flap of the volar 1st dorsal compartment retinaculum which was remaining from the previous surgery. Once this was done, I elevated a distally based flap of the 2nd dorsal compartment extensor retinaculum was sutured to the volar flap of the 1 dorsal compartment retinaculum. This recreated the sheath over the extensor tendons in the 1st dorsal compartment. This retinacular reconstruction was held in place using multiple 3-0 wire sutures. With flexion and extension, there no longer was any tendon subluxation.”



CPT 25275 but have a problem w/ the “FREE GRAFT” so would this be an unlisted.
