A synovectomy was done in the patellofemoral joint, medial and lateral compartments due to the amount of synovitis. Chondroplasty in the patella for grade 2 to 3 chondromalacia. Partial lateral menisectomy for deep posterior horn tear.
Is it correct to bill as 29881, 29876
not sure since only synovectomy was done in the medial comp. If i can bill as 29881-lateral, 29875-medial, 29877-patella. To capture the chondroplasty as well.

you will need to substitute the G0289 for the 29877 as it is bundled per CCI edit with the 29881 and non modifieable and you may need a 59 modifier on the 29875.
