What should I do when the documentation said:
2 diabetes with 2 different complications but 1 is controlled and 1 is uncontrolled? what should I do with the fifth digit? does it have to be the same?? (eg, 250.x0, and 250.x2).

I would question the provider because it can not be both at the same time.
