I am needing to know which CPT code to use for this procedure. The dr prepped the left hand with betadine and flexor tendon sheaths of both thumb and ring finger were injected w/4 mg dexa and marcain. Would I use the cpt code 20550 or 20552? Any help would be appreciated as I am new to orthopedic coding. Thanks
