Good morning coders, surgeon did an arthroscopic subscapular bursectomy which I'm going to code using unlisted and comparing to 29826. I need help in determining if a resection of the superior medial border of the scapula posteriorly would be bundled in the bursectomy procedure? He states there was a prominence and he used a bur and completed a removal and resection of that area. I'm thinking it is bundled but would like imput from anyone who has billed this. Thanks for any help. Paula
