Wiki Help needed with posterior labral tear

I'm really stumped on this one, so any help would be very much appreciated.

Surgeon's Pre/Postoperative Dx's: 1. Rt anterior labral tear
2. Rt posterior labral tear
3. Cartilagious loose bodies (post only)

Surgeon would like to use the following codes: 1. 29806
2. 29806 -59
3. 29819 -59

Unfortunately, my computer is not set up to be able to view Medicare's NCCI edits. Any help would be appreciated.
