Wiki Help Methylmethacrylate spacers??

[CRC CPC]

Procedure Lavage and excisional debridement including exchange of antibiotic eluting Methylmethacrylate spacers, right knee. I found referrence to the spacers but they are a part of another procedure(ie. 27488 or 27495). I am somewhat new to coding ortho and would appreciate any help.

If the spacers are being replaced because the infection has not cleared up yet then look into code 27372 with 11983. There is no code for doing antibiotic spacers a second time.
