Wiki help- knee revision coding

The surgeon removed the femoral component and replaced with a new femoral
component, and then he removed the polyethylene and replaced with new polyethylene.
He did not remove the entire tibial component.

I am thinking 27487-52
or do I just go with 27486 the one component ?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I think either would work, but I would choose 27487-52
