Wiki Help. Have never coded peds before

I've been asked to code for a NNNP visit. They hand me a super bill, they marked 99460 and under the Dx column it says, Twins, 37 3/7 Twin A, apgars 6,8, breast, Hep C exposure. How do I code this? Any help would be appreciated.
