Hello,

I have an operative note where the Diagnosis is listed as painful incomplete left lunotriquetral coalition, and when I go to coalition in the book all the codes listed seem to be in the foot and this is the wrist. What would be the right code or where should I be looking?

Fusion of a joint, which is what lunotriquetral coalition is, leads you to anklyosis, that in turn leads you to the wrist..718.54? thats my best attempt
