Hi,

I am currently studying for the OBGYN exam and I came across a question where I have a Vaginal hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, anterior and posterior colpoperineorrhaphy, McCall culdoplasty, and suprapubic catheter placement, and resection of right round ligament mass. Can anyone explain how these procedures are coded please. I originally chose the 58270, 57260-51, 51102-59 code for the answer but the first and last are incorrect. I tried researching the McCall Culdoplasty code but did not get a code for this. Any assistance is GREATLY appreciated!
