Wiki HELP! Code for transfer of gluteus muscle to greater trochanter for muscle repair

Dr performed a Revision of a Total hip arthroplasty the acetabular component only. He also perform a transfer of glutueus muscle to greater trochanter for abductor repair. I'm going to use 27137 for the hip revision and 27299 for the muscle transfer for repair. What code would I compare the muscle transfer to? Or would the 2nd procedure be included in the revision?
