What anesthesia crosswalk would one use to bill CPT code 44238? This is an unlisted code but it is the best fit for the procedure.

What do you think about using 00840? This is a general code for intestinal procedures & includes laparoscopy.

I agree with Pat, 00840 would be the nearest ASA code for intestinal unlisted procedure.
