I know opthalmic angiography is unilateral, but does NY Medicaid prefer -50 or LT/RT modifier on this Px? My boss seems to think I should know how to bill every code for every specialty for every carrier. I can't find the answer to this anywhere. Can sombody please help? Thanks

Can you contact your provider rep? Your state MGMA will be able to provide you with a list of contact people (if you don't already have a name). Ask him/her to point you to the written guidance (usually online). Hope this helps. Pam
