Can't find vascular forum! I need help with this procedure and vascular just stumps me!
"Complex" ileal-to-dorsalis pedis bypass using Composite Gore-Tex and non-reversed greater saphenous vein.

35681 is the add-on code used for composite grafts where prosthetic (Gore-Tex) and vein is used. This code cannot be submitted with 35682 or 35683 so the number of vein segments is irrelevant. "Complex" indeed... I have never billed an ileo-dorsalis pedis BPG. I would consider a mod-22 based on the strength of the dictation. Good luck!
