I am trying to find the right code for hypothyroidism status post grave disease. No surgical history mentioned in the note, just recently tsh therapy. I'm thinking to code it to E890 - coz hypothyroidism is a complication of hyperthyroidism after surgery. Your help is very much appreciated. Thank you.
