Kelly, there is not a simple answer to your question. At minium heart caths will include pressures of the specific side/chamber of the heart which is targeted by the physician. Aortgrams of the thoracic or abdomininal aorta are generally included although there are exceptions. For information concerning the ima, aortic root injection etc, please see the specific codes listed in the heart cath section of your cpt book (93451-93572). There is too much information there to summarize in a few sentences.
