Wiki Healthfirst denial T+ ADD ON CODE NOT SUPPORTED

Hi,

we are receiving denials from Healthfirst for cpt codes 59400/59410/59510/59515
denial code T+ "add on code not supported"
when contacting our rep. she advised to do an appeal.
But unable to explain the reason for the denial ad hat the issue is

I'm guessing their denial is really that they want the 0500F - 0503F when billing a delivery that includes some or all antepartum and/or postpartum care.
That's what I am coming across on any of the Medicaid and managed Medicaids.

We tried billing the category two codes along with the delivery cpt code, and still denying.
