I would think that it will come out soon. Typically, the due date is around August 1st each year.
This was the call for speakers announcement last year, if you want to have an idea of what will need to be submitted. (I'd imagine the basic requirements will remain similar):

I submitted my proposal to speak at HealthCon 2025. I think the deadline was August 1. Any idea when potential speakers will be notified?
