Hi all, i have a doubt in 90936,90937. can we bill both hospitsl visit and HD codes in same date of service, i billed both in same DOS and i got denial for hospital visit codes, is there any specific guidelines in billing these codes together
 
How are you billing? I would try billing the E/M service with modifier 25. Let me know what happens.

I billed 99223 or 99233 with 59 modifier, because there is cci edit between these codes. can these bill with 59 modifier??
