Wiki HCPCS Level III Please Help!

Hi,

If anyone deals with HCPCS Level III for Medi-Cal Local use please help! I'm looking for a list of all HCPCS Level III codes and if there are any crosswalks available to HCPCS level II. Please any help would be great I also checked Medi-Cal websites and i couldn't find what I was looking for. Thanks

Level III codes were deleted around the year 2000 as they were not HIPAA compliant.
