Good morning,

I am looking for a CPT code to use when the patient comes back for an adjustment of the L1620 (Pavlik harness). The provider billed L1620 however, the pt will be coming back in two weeks for adjustment. What would I charge in two weeks? Or does L1620 include all the future adjustments? Kindly advise.
 
You'd bill the E&M, and not rebill the supply. The L code is to report the harness alone, not the provider's evaluation and management of the hip dysplasia.
