I have a case where it is documented that the patient had an IV where plasma lyte was used instead of normal saline. I have never seen this before and a unable to find anything on my encoder pro, code books and a quick google search. The best recommendation I found was to charge w/ J3490 for unclassified meds but I figured I would check here first and see if anyone else is familiar with this and has recommendations for charging it. Thanks!
