Our office received a denial from Humana Gold for procedure codes 92557 & 92567 wanting the HCPCS code. Does anyone have any idea what these HCPCS codes would be??

Was cerumen removal performed the same day by chance? What diagnosis are on the claim?

No cerumen removal was done at this visit and the dx code reported was 389.10.

I would call them. My guess is that is in an internal error? wa there not a definitive diagnois though after the CAE (92557)? 389.10 is unspecified?
