All, it looks like HCPCS code J1050 was removed from the Medicare ASP drug list that went into effect October 1. Does anyone know what code this was replaced with and how we can find the updated pricing?
 
Have you had any issues with it paying like $21 instead of around $80-90? That's the issue I'm suddenly having and have been searching for an answer as to why. I'm wondering if it has to do with being removed from the drug list like you say.
