hcpcs code for aerosol xylocaine w/ epi in nebulizer

Anyone know the code for adding this to the albuterol? HCPCS book does not list the aerosol code for epi/xylo/lidacaine. We rarely use this but Im needing something to add this med to the claim. Any suggestions?
