We are a podiatry group and are trying to utilize HCPCS for maximum reimbursment. We have our L codes taken care of and know to bill Noridian but have all but given up on billing most other HCPCS codes because of denials. Is there a source out there that tells us if Medicare or Noridian should be billed for each code? I have searched and can't find a complete reliable list. Any help would be appreciated. Is there a coder out there familiar with HCPCS that would be willing to work with me via email with advice or questions?
