Wiki HCC Qualifying ICD-10 codes and HCCs

Does anyone know how many qualifying I10 codes there are now and how may HCCs. I know there were 2944 qualifying codes and 79 HCCs but I can not find any information for the changes with I10. If anyone knows I would love to hear from you.
