Can anyone tell me what are EO Codes? And where can i find the Medicare Advantage Coding Guide for HCC coding?

Thee is a WHOLE thread I believe dedicated already to HCC coding on the AAPC site. You can search the threads with key words. You may also try www.hccblog.com
