Is a completely normal single vaginal delivery codes O80 and Z37.0? It said nothing about the baby being born in a facility.

Is/are the appropriate code assignment for mild intermittent asthma with COPD for DOS on or after 10.01.2023?

I'm confused between code J45.21, J44.89
or J44.89 and J45.20
