Guidance please!! Our clinic has enlisted the help of an LPC. However, there has been some discussion as to whether we can use incident-to billing for her for Medicaid. They are denying her claims, and the billing department tells me just to code the assessment/intervention out under the provider's name and it will be paid. I didn't think these services could be reported this way, but perhaps I'm wrong. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
