Has anyone that has taken the test have any advice for the diagnosis part? I got a 20% on it all 3 times any advice thanks

One suggestion would be to make sure that you know and understand the ICD-10 Guidelines.

On many of the questions, the multiple-choice options will look very similar. The key to choosing the correct response will be choosing the answer that follows the guidelines and any other additional notes (Excludes, Code Also, etc.)

My Simple suggestion is First understand the ICD-10 guidelines, then focus on which code give as primary and secondary. Also, aware of diagnosis combination and excludes. Thank you.
