Wiki Handheld EKG device

One of our physicians is using a handheld EKG device. It doesn't have any leads. Does anybody know how to bill for this service? Codes 93000-93010 require at least 12 leads. So I can't use those. I'm thinking it may not be billable at all.
I appreciate any input.
