I am trying to locate a code for hand wrist arthritis, have been able to find a code for the hand and also for the wrist but not a combination.

Any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.

There is no such combined code for hand wrist osteoarthritis.

You need to code 715.93 & 715.94 separately.
