Wiki Hand surgery resources?

Does anyone have any good references, workshops, webinars, or web sites related to coding for hand surgery? It's been my weak area in Plastics and it's something I'd really like to develop a better mastery of. The Wheeless site is nice, but I'd really like something that has more of a "how-to" coding approach.
