Wiki Hand and wrist x-ray charge

The referring doctor orders a hand and wrist x-ray The radiologist performs a combined x-ray of the two areas. Can two CPT's be charged if there are two separate readings on the report, one of the hand and one of the wrist. If so are any modifiers needed?
