Wiki Gyno Visist Help

I work in a family practice that does Gynecological exams every so often. The last coder was using S0612 but I am finding out the insurance is dening it. Do you code a 99213 as the office visit and what else goes with it. I am so confused on what to do? Any help would be great!

Is it an actual complete annual? Or just a Pelvic? Are there any problem dx codes with it?

It was a full gyno visit with a pap smear.... the dx was routine pap smear and women's wellness visit.
