Does anyone know how to bill the following procedure?

Operative Laparoscopy, Adhesiolysis, Bilateral Salpingectomy, with excision of Essure Bilateral Tubal Implants, Bilateral Uterine Cornuectomy.

I think the correct coding should be 58661for the Bilateral Salpingectomy, but I'm not sure how to code the Bilateral Uterine Cornuectomy. The doctor is removing the implants from the horns of the uterus.
