Hello all,

Pre/Post dx: pelvic pain

Procedure: Laparoscopy w/ fulguration of possible endometriosis

"Bipolar was used to cauterize the possible endometriotic implants in the posterior cul-de-sac".....No path sent.

Cpt 58662 but not sure what other dx to use w/ 625.9 (pelvic pain). I was looking at 629.9?

look at 617.3 Endometriosis of pelvic peritoneum cul-de-sac. Is this what's on the operative report?

In this case, I would go with 625.9
