I am having trouble getting Medicaid to pay for Annual Exams with patient just has Family Planning. Does the primary dx need to be a Z30.xx code or the Z01.419? Can anyone provide any advice on how to get these claims paid?
 
State of Michigan got rid of that plan, but if I remember correctly primary dx needs to be from Z30 series and then the yrly code.
