Kindly clarify can we code fracture care CPT for green stick fracture (Torus fracture of radius) even immoblization is given, X ray findings are confirmed and proper follow up is there please let me know Thanks in advance..

Fracture care, without manipulation, has to to with definitive care or "restorative" care; not necessarily the type of facture diagnosed.

Without looking at the documentation, we are taking a guess that your provider is planning on non-operative treatment for the patient and not referring the patient to another provider to follow up with the patient. Then the answer would be yes you can bill Fx care.
