Hello All,
Needs some help with the GME guidelines for Psychologist (PhD) supervising residents.
This is from the CMS Teaching Guidelines which doesn't mention PsychoTherapy services.

Then we found the following under the CMS reimbursement guidelines: So to our understanding psychologist may supervise residents for psychotherapy services. Are we correct? If yes, can we use the residents documentation or does the Psychologist (PhD) have to document his/her own note for it to be a billable service? And if you have any resources to support our findings is greatly appreciated.
