Hi all,

Please help! Doc saw the pt in the ED and charged closed treatment.
About a week later pt was in the office and found to have loss of reduction so decision was made to take pt to surgery for ORIF, can we charge a visit for the day he came back to the office and decision for surgery was made? And if so what modifier would we use for ov charge?

Please any help with this will be appreicated.
