Wiki global or not global

Have a patient who was having recurring abdominal abscesses, when the physician did surgery for the abscess, he found infected mesh, so he removed the infected mesh and did a hernia repair. One month later she is admitted to the hospital for low grade fever. He has to do a drainage of seroma which has a 0 day global. She stays in the hospital for a week and a half, can I bill for these days? Or is this all falling under the global of the hernia/infected mesh surgery.

Any help would be appreciated!
