That is what CMS is proposing. I don't remember when it will take effect, but you should be able to find it on their website.

I read this will be effective Jan 1 2017. However as with all things in this business, just keep your head up and an eye on the CMS notices.

More specifically, if the proposal is adopted, the 10 day global would go away in 2017 and the 90 day global would go away in 2018.
