Wiki Glenoid Osteotomy

My doc is doing a reverse total shoulder, glenoid osteotomy and extensive debridement. I know the reverse shoulder is 23472 but I am totally stumped on the osteotomy (I though it would be included) and the debridement for an open surgery.

My ortho's haven't done one but I am thinking its included because of the description on 23472 in Encoder Pro "With a bur, articular cartilage is removed from the surface of the glenoid. A trial glenoid component is used to properly prepare the bone and fit the prosthesis". Hope that helps
