Does point/s given if Physicain informed his patient to contiunes meds, no new Rx was given.
I have Rx issue and other documentation support I give L4 however if no new Rx L3, my provider did not give new Rx however advice pt to contiuned meds and order 2 MRI the HPI & EX is Detail provider wanted a L4???
