I am having trouble finding all the codes for this code a round. So far I have

Diagnosis codes: 150.9 and 998.2

If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.

The operation is: Bronchoscopy, Esophagoscopy, Right thoracotomy, drainage of mediastinum, laparotomy, placement of gastrostomy tube and jejunostomy tube.

Did you have any success? I am stuck with the same codes you have. I have eliminated some 30+ codes so far to no avail...
