What CPT code would you use? I am looking at 69399 but do not like using unlisted codes.

DESCRIPTION OF PROCEDURE:
The patient was identified in the holding room and taken to the operating room and placed on the table in supine position with the head at the foot of the bed. Satisfactory General Anesthesia was established. The template was used to position the operative site at the level of superior meatus approximately 1.0-1.5 centimeters behind the incision. A small amount of hair was shaved. The tissue measurement was performed under the receiver at three locations and measured at 4mm. The wound was then injected with local anesthetic.
The implant was checked and found to be incorrect. The correct implant could not be located in the facility
The patient was then awoken and transferred to the recovery room in good condition. The procedure was uneventful without complication.Thanks for your help
