Wiki Gastrostomy tube placed in office

General surgery office is asking how to bill gastrostomy tube placed in the office. This was NOT done under fluoroscopic guidance. Is there a modifier I can use to show we did this procedure w/o fluoroscopic guidance or is there another code I should be using for this procedure? Thanks so much.
